What I believe
“First, we put a figure on what the process costs you. If the gain does not justify the project, I tell you.”
“You stay the owner of your applications.”
“In my line of work, everyone promises results. I prefer a simple rule: show the actual work.”
A process that costs you too much? An Excel file that has outgrown itself? A team losing time?
