Package
on quote Multi-process project, 6 to 12 weeks

Who it is for

  • Emails sorted by hand

Every request is read, filed and forwarded by someone before it gets handled.

  • PDFs to copy out

The useful information sits in PDFs, and someone retypes it.

  • Always the same questions

The same questions keep coming back, and the answer is somewhere in your files.

What changes for you

  • Email sorting

Incoming emails are read and filed, without anyone having to do it.

  • PDF reading

The useful information goes straight into your tools instead of being retyped.

  • Answers to recurring questions

The assistant answers from your documents, right where they are.

  • Inside your tools

It works in Outlook, Teams and your shared folders, the ones your teams already open.

  • Your data stays with you

Everything runs in your Microsoft 365 space, with your access rights.

For a finance department

The typical scene, as it plays out at a client.

Tuesday, 9:02 a.m. A supplier invoice arrives by email.

Finance department

Where is the supplier invoice that came in this morning?

Received at 9:02 a.m., read, matched to the purchase order with no discrepancy, approved by the manager at 9:41 a.m., sent to accounting and filed. Nothing left your Microsoft 365.

Source: Suppliers folder

  1. Supplier email received in Outlook, invoice as PDF
  2. The agent reads the invoice: amount, due date, order number
  3. Matched to the purchase order, no discrepancy
  4. Manager notified on Teams, approved in one click
  5. Approved
  6. Sent to accounting, filed in the right folder

All done. No retyping, no chasing, nothing left your Microsoft 365.

Typical scene: what an agent built inside your Microsoft 365 does for you.

A real example

  • From his phone the owner asks about his orders

    Leggerini gravure, stone engraving workshop

An AI agent that answers questions on the workshop's orders

A business application built for engraving, then an AI agent the owner queries from his phone.

    Result

A tool built for his trade, then an assistant that answers from his phone.

  • 1 email = 1 order created, attachments included

    Leggerini gravure, stone engraving workshop

The purchase order received by email becomes an order

Every purchase order received by email, as a PDF or a photo, becomes an order in the workshop's application, attachments included.

    Result

One email, one order. Duplicates are flagged, failures no longer lose anything.

What it costs

Your questions

Does my data stay with me?

Yes. Everything stays in your Microsoft 365 space, with your usual access rules. Nothing goes anywhere else without your approval. If an outside tool is useful, I say so and you decide.

Do I have to pay for extra software?

In most cases, no. Everything is included in the Microsoft 365 subscription you already pay for. Depending on usage, Copilot Studio agents may need a Microsoft license or credits. I tell you before we start, with the exact cost.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. Your teams use the tool the way they use Outlook. The technical side is my job.

  • Accounts: a service account of your own for the automations.
  • Permissions: inherited from your Microsoft 365 groups, nothing separate to maintain.
  • Licenses: announced before we start, with the exact cost.
  • Handover: documentation, user guide, quick reference; no proprietary code.
