This page explains what happens to the information sent through the website's contact form. It is used to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Data collected

The contact form asks for:

  • your name;
  • your work email;
  • the name of your company (optional);
  • your message, that is, the description of your problem in five lines.

No other information is requested.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used only to reply to your request.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Retention period

Your information is kept for 12 months after your message is received, then deleted.

Recipients and processors

  • BYC Data & Performance;
  • the website's hosting provider (named in the legal notice);
  • Microsoft 365 (email);
  • BYC's automation server, hosted in Germany;
  • Telegram, for a receipt notification without the details of your message.

Your information is neither sold nor transferred.

Your rights

You can request access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to bene@byc-data.com. You can object to its processing by email.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (cnil.fr (new tab)).
