Method
The method, in four steps.
No software to buy, a written scope, a fixed price.
Step 1: We put a figure on it first.
A two-day audit: what the process costs you, what the tool would save, the written scope, the fixed price.
If the gain does not justify the project, I tell you.
Step 2: We build in batches.
A usable version within the first weeks, a demo every week, your feedback built in as we go.
An application is delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. A larger project takes 6 to 12 weeks.
Step 3: We test with your teams.
Testing on a real case, never in production. Nothing goes out to your customers until it is proven.
Step 4: You stay the owner.
The applications live in your Microsoft 365 space. Documentation, user guide, quick reference and training for your teams.
The rules I hold myself to on every project
- A button never blocks you without saying what is missing.
- When something fails, you get an email that says what and where.
- The date of the last update is visible in the tool.
- We test on a real case, never on your whole file.
What you receive

A process that costs you too much? An Excel file that has outgrown itself? A team losing time?
