Who it is for

  • Reports rebuilt by hand

The same tables are rebuilt by hand, every single time.

  • A task that relies on someone's memory

One forgotten import, and nobody knows who was supposed to do it, or when.

  • Tools that do not talk to each other

The same information is retyped from one tool to the next.

What changes for you

  • Approval workflows

Requests, approvals, filing, with no reminder emails.

  • Scheduled imports

The monthly file loads by itself, and so do the checks.

  • Useful notifications

Teams or Outlook, at the right time, to the right person.

  • Timestamped status badge

The tool shows what was done, and when.

  • An alert that says what to do

If something fails, an email with the link to the run in question.

A real example

  • 117 rows imported at 2:55 p.m. on the day of the incident

    Finance department, bank position import

    The green dot

A bank position import that starts with one button, runs on its own and says it has run.

    Result

Nobody asks anymore whether the import was done: the tool says so.

  • 74,000 rows synced every morning before the teams arrive

CAC 40 energy group, sales teams

74,000 customers up to date every morning

Keep the customer base that several business applications read up to date every morning, from the management software's extract.

    Result

By 5:40 a.m., the base is up to date and the summary is in the inbox.

  • 16 groups of access rights kept up to date from a single list

CAC 40 energy group, sales department

    Access follows the staff list

Grant, change and remove access to six business applications from a single staff list, checked every night.

    Result

One row added to the list, and the person has their applications the same day.

Your questions

Do I have to pay for extra software?

In most cases, no. Everything is included in the Microsoft 365 subscription you already pay for. Depending on usage, Copilot Studio agents may need a Microsoft license or credits. I tell you before we start, with the exact cost.

And afterwards, who looks after it?

You, or me. Either I train your team and hand over the documentation, or I take care of what comes next for a monthly fee.

Does my data stay with me?

Yes. Everything stays in your Microsoft 365 space, with your usual access rules. Nothing goes anywhere else without your approval. If an outside tool is useful, I say so and you decide.

For your IT team: Power Automate, n8n
  • Hosting: inside your Microsoft 365. If an outside tool is useful, it is named and you decide.
  • Accounts: a service account of your own for the automations.
  • Permissions: inherited from your Microsoft 365 groups, nothing separate to maintain.
  • Licenses: announced before we start, with the exact cost.
  • Handover: documentation, user guide, quick reference; no proprietary code.
